摘要:NOVELTY - Extracting garlic flavones involves drying and crushing garlic seed. The crushed garlic is soaked in ethanol (40-90%) for 1-3 hours and then extracted the garlic ethanol mixture by utilizing ultrasonic wave to obtain an extract, where garlic and ethanol are utilized in mass ratio of 1:10-1:50. The obtained extract is filtered by qualitative filter paper utilizing micropore membrane to obtain filtrate. The obtained filtrate is concentrated to 10-80% of original volume. The concentrated filtrate is extracted for 1-3 hours by utilizing macroporous adsorption resin column (AB-8 type). USE - Method for extracting garlic flavones (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to extract garlic flavones in simple and cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Extracting garlic flavones involves drying and crushing garlic seed. The crushed garlic is soaked in ethanol (40-90%) for 1-3 hours and then extracted the garlic ethanol mixture by utilizing ultrasonic wave to obtain an extract, where garlic and ethanol are utilized in mass ratio of 1:10-1:50. The obtained extract is filtered by qualitative filter paper utilizing micropore membrane to obtain filtrate. The obtained filtrate is concentrated to 10-80% of original volume. The concentrated filtrate is extracted for 1-3 hours by utilizing macroporous adsorption resin column (AB-8 type). The macroporous adsorption resin column absorbing filtrate is washed with water and then washed with ethanol (30-90%) to obtain elute. The elute is freeze dried to obtain garlic flavones.
