摘要:研究了三烷基氧膦对酒石酸溶液的萃取和反萃取条件,对温度、初始pH、萃取剂浓度和被萃液浓度等影响因素进行了讨论。确定了萃取过程的最佳工艺条件,研究了萃取及反萃取过程的热效应,并根据实验确定的平衡等温线计算了萃取和反萃取过程的理论级数。
The present paper reports the extraction of tartaric acid by trialkyl phosphine oxide(TRPO), and discusses some influencing factors, such as temperature, initial pH, extractant concentration, the initial concentration of tartaric acid, etc. By experiments, the optium extraction conditions are obtained as follows: 0.5 TRPO 0.5 kerosene, pH=1 ̄2 and room temperature. Deionized water is adopted as stripping agent of tartaric acid from the loaded organic phase and the percentage stripping for one stage reaches 67% at 90°C, the percentage of crosscurrent stripping for two stages reaches 98% at 90°C. When the yields of extracting and stripping are both 98%, the numbers of theoretic stages required for extraction and stripping are 5 and 8, according to isotherms which are attained by experiments. The entropy changes in extracting and stripping reaction are -7.27kJ/mol and 12.96kJ/mol respectively.
