摘要：NOVELTY - A graphene is produced by adding oxidized graphite (0.001-5 mg) in polar organic solvent (1 ml), ultrasonically dispersing for 10-60 minutes under 10-80 MHz to obtain suspended dispersing solution, setting aside at 160-400 degrees C for 0.5-10 hours, and cooling. USE - Method of producing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, low equipment requirement, environment friendliness and no hydrazine reducing agent.
