摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of porous oil-absorbing material involves mixing organosiloxane prepolymer and crosslinking agent, maintaining for 10-30 minutes, removing air bubbles, adding catalyst and functional additive, stirring, maintaining for 10-30 minutes, adding additive, heat-preserving under humidity of 50-95% at 37 degrees C for 1-24 hours, maintaining for 30-60 minutes, curing at 50-150 degrees C for 6-24 hours, alternately washing with water and anhydrous ethanol, and removing functional additive and additive. USE - Preparation of porous oil-absorbing material used for absorbing oily organic solvent e.g. chloroform, toluene, petroleum ether, aniline and acetone. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple, quick, environmentally-friendly and economical preparation of porous oil-absorbing material with excellent recyclability. The porous oil-absorbing material enables absorption of oily organic solvent with absorption rate of 500-2300%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of porous oil-absorbing material involves mixing organosiloxane prepolymer and crosslinking agent, maintaining for 10-30 minutes, removing air bubbles, adding catalyst and functional additive, stirring, maintaining for 10-30 minutes, adding additive, heat-preserving under humidity of 50-95% at 37 degrees C for 1-24 hours, maintaining for 30-60 minutes, curing at 50-150 degrees C for 6-24 hours, alternately washing with water and anhydrous ethanol, and removing functional additive and additive. The porous oil-absorbing material contains 10-20 wt.% organosiloxane prepolymer, 1-5 wt.% crosslinking agent, 10-30 wt.% functional additive, 0.1-0.8 wt.% catalyst and 50-70 wt.% additive. The organosiloxane prepolymer includes Sylgard184A (RTM: silicone elastomer), dimethylsiloxane, methylhydrogensiloxane and/or hexamethyldisiloxane. The crosslinking agent includes Sylgard184B (RTM: silicone elastomer), tetraethyl orthosilicate, silanol and/or methyl trimethoxysilane. The functional additive is cyclohexane, p-xylene, carbon tetrachloride, dichloromethane and/or n-octane. The catalyst is dialkyltin dihydroxide, monoalkoxy titanate, and/or stannous dicarboxylate. The additive is white cotton candy sugar, sucrose, granulated sugar and/or coarse sugar.
