摘要：NOVELTY - Neural peptide Y cRNA in situ hybridization probe comprising defined sequence of 475 base pairs (SEQ ID NO: 1) as given in the specification, is new. USE - Used as a neural peptide Y cRNA in situ hybridization probe. ADVANTAGE - The probe can conveniently and exactly observe the neural peptide Y tissue change in mRNA level; and has clear specificity in mRNA level to achieve the detecting purpose. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing neural peptide Y cRNA in situ hybridization probe.
