摘要:以无机盐为原料,用溶胶凝胶法合成了LaCr1-xFexO3(x=0~10)超细粉末,其平均粒径<130nm。研究表明,随着焙烧温度的升高或时间的增加,粉末的粒径随之增大,比表面积则随之减小;LaCr1-xFexO3粉末为钙钛矿型结构。
The ultrafine LaCr 1- x Fe x O 3( x =0~1 0) powders was prepared by sol gel method from inorganic salts. The average particle size is <130 nm. The research results show that particle size of powders apparently increase and the surface areas reduced with the increase of calcining temperature and the time. The LaCr 1- x Fe x O 3 powders belongs to the perovskite structure. Its lattice paramelers is increased with the Fe content.
