摘要：良好的容错性有助于增加产品的通用性和易用性.以用户体验为核心,从容错性原则入手,通过寻找用户出错点,分析用户错误类型,指出在产品的容错性设计中要解决的3个问题,确认容错性设计是保证产品可靠性的关键.
Good fault tolerance can help increase the versatility and usability of the product. The points of user error are found from the principle of fault tolerance in the user experience. Three problems of the fault tolerant design of the product are pointed out by analyzing the types of user error. The fault tolerant design is the key to ensure the reliability of product.
