摘要：NOVELTY - An alkylamino group-containing benzoalicyclic compound (I) is new. USE - New alkylamino group-containing benzoalicyclic compound is useful in pharmaceutical composition for preparing agent or medicament for inhibiting or killing S.aureus, and treating infectious diseases caused by S.aureus in mammal (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An alkylamino group-containing benzoalicyclic compound of formula (I) or its salt is new. n=1-3; m,p=0-2; R3=4-7C cycloalkyl, 5-6C heteroaryl or 6-10C aryl (all optionally substituted by 1-5 substituents (G) chosen from 1-6C alkyl, 1-6C haloalkyl, 1-6C perfluoroalkyl, halo, nitro, and optionally substituted 1-4C alkoxy); R1=H or 1-4C alkyl optionally substituted by 1-5 substituents (G);and R2=1-3C linear alkyl, 2-6C linear or branched alkenyl or 3-6C alkynyl (all optionally substituted by 1-5 substituents). INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of compound (I); and (2) non-therapeutic method for in vitro inhibition of Staphylococcus aureus staphyloxanthin synthesis, involves contacting the compound (I) or its salt, thus inhibiting the synthesis of staphyloxanthin by S.aureus.
