摘要:考察了以有机酸为溶剂,水杨醛为催化剂的脯氨酸消旋过程,研究了有机酸的类型、醋酸的浓度、温度等参数对消旋过程的影响。实验表明,温度100°C、φHAc ≥0.95、催化剂水杨醛与脯氨酸的摩尔比为0.1时,消旋效果较好。
Racemization process of proline in acetic acid solution using salicylaldehyde as catalyst was studied in this paper. Factors such as the types of acids, concentration of acetic acid and the temperature were investigated. The experiment result indicated that a good result could be achieved when the molar ratio of salicylaldehyde to proline was 0.1, concentration of acetic acid was above 0.95 and the temperature was 100 °C.
