摘要:N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)是一种重要的化工原料,在纺丝、医药、农药生产和涂料行业等领域有着广泛的用途。综述了废水中DMAC的回收技术,重点分析了精馏回收技术和萃取-精馏回收技术,并对常用的萃取剂及复合萃取剂进行了分析,指出精馏回收技术更适合于高浓度DMAC废水的处理,萃取-精精馏技术适合于低浓度DMAC废水的处理,通过热耦合降低工艺能耗是未来发展方向,而绿色高效萃取剂的筛选及高效的筛选方法是未来的研究重点。
Dimethylacetamid(DMAC) is an important chemical raw material,which is widely used in spinning,pharmaceutical and pesticide production and coating. In this article,several recovery technologies of DMAC in waste water are reviewed,especially distillation and extraction-distillation. Meanwhile,common extractants and composite extractants which are applied to recovery DMAC have also been analyzed. The distillation technology is more suitable for the treatment of waste water with high concentration of DMAC,while extraction-distillation is suitable for the treatment of waste water with low concentration of DMAC and is a promising technology to recover DMAC in waste water with low energy consumption. After analyzing,it finds that thermal coupling distillation with lower energy is regarded as a future development trend for distillation,and the screening of “green” extractant with high efficiency and the efficient screening method will be the focus of future research for the extraction-distillation technology.
