摘要:在活化温度为800℃、活化时间为2h、碱/碳比为4:1条件下制备的活性炭最适宜于作超级电容器电极材料,其BET比表面积为2 663m^2/g,孔径集中分布在3~40nm的中孔范围内,在3M KOH电解液中的内阻为3.79Ω·cm,比电容为269F/g。
High surface area activated carbon was prepared for electrode material of supercapacitor under the condition that activation temperature is 800℃ ,activation time is 2 hours and the ration of alkali/carbon is 4 : 1. Its specific surface area is 2 663m^2/g and its pore size mainly distributes in the range of 3nm to 40nm. Its resistence and capacity is respectively 3. 79 12 Ω· cm and 269F/g if used as electrode material of supercapacitor with 3M KOH as electrolyte.
