摘要:为扩大炼焦煤资源、降低焦化企业配煤成本,通过坩埚焦试验和40 kg小焦炉试验考察了3种气煤(分别记为QM1、QM2和QM3)替代某焦化企业工业配煤方案中1/3焦煤的可行性,并采用镜质体反射率分布图对气煤的适宜配入比例进行了优化。结果表明,在原生产配煤方案中,当气煤替换比为8%时,焦炭冷态强度变化较小,但其热态强度均有所劣化,其中反应性指数CRI从26.60%提高至27.97%~29.79%,反应后强度CSR从64.14%降低至61.14%~62.82%;当气煤替换比为5%时,配入QM3后焦炭质量与原工业方案相近,而配入QM1和QM2后焦炭CRI较工业方案提高约2%,CSR降低约2%。因此,针对该焦化企业生产一级冶金焦的配煤方案,宜用5%的QM3替代1/3焦煤,可降低入炉煤成本至少15元/t焦,而QM1和QM2的适宜配入比例应小于5%。
In order to expand coking coal resources and reduce coal blending cost of coking enterprises, the feasibility of three gas coals(termed as QM1, QM2 and QM3) replacing 1/3 coking coal in industrial coal blending scheme was investigated through crucible coke and 40 kg coke oven tests, and the appropriate proportion of gas coal was optimized by vitrinite reflectance distribution diagram. The results showed that at the gas coal replacement ratio of 8%, the variation for cold strength of cokes were tiny, but its thermal strength was deteriorated, in which the CRI increased from 26.60% to 27.97%-29.79%, and the CSR decreased from 64.14% to 61.14%-62.82%. When the replacement ratio for QM3 was 5%, the coke quality was similar to that of original industrial blending scheme. While the replacement ratio for QM1 and QM2 was 5%, the CRI of cokes was about 2% higher and CSR was about 2% lower than those of original industrial coal blending scheme. In view of industrial coal blending scheme for producing primary metallurgical coke, it was feasible to replace the 1/3 coking coal with 5% QM3, which could reduce the cost of coal at least 15 yuan per ton of coke, and the appropriate proportion of QM1 and QM2 should be less than 5%.
