摘要:NOVELTY - Industrial iminodibenzyl catalytic dehydrogenation to generate iminostilbene includes heating and melting reaction materials; mixing with high-temperature steam; introducing the reaction material stream in catalytic dehydrogenation reactor; reheating the reaction material stream from the upper catalyst bed in heat exchanger to reaction temperature; introducing into the next catalyst bed layer for reaction; recovering the heat of the material stream; introducing the reaction material stream into absorption tower; evaporating the solvent; and crystallizing. USE - Industrial iminodibenzyl catalytic dehydrogenation to generate iminostilbene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has low material consumption and low power consumption; and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Industrial iminodibenzyl catalytic dehydrogenation to generate iminostilbene comprises performing catalytic dehydrogenation in an axial-flow or radial-flow fixed bed reactor, which comprises greater than or equal to 2 catalyst bed layers, where mixer is provided in front of the reactor and heat exchanger is provided between the two catalyst beds of the reactor. It comprises heating and melting the reaction materials; pumping into a mixer to mix with high-temperature steam; introducing the reaction material stream in catalytic dehydrogenation reactor; reheating the reaction material stream from the upper catalyst bed in heat exchanger to reaction temperature; introducing into the next catalyst bed layer for reaction; recovering the heat of the material stream flowing from the reactor through the heat exchanger; introducing the reaction material stream into absorption tower to be cooled and absorbed by a solvent; evaporating the solvent absorbed by the reaction material; and crystallizing to obtain iminostilbene.
