摘要:采用热重(TG)和差热(DTA)等热分析手段研究了Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O热分解过程。结果表明,Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O在200°C以下脱去两分子结晶水,形成的Zn(CH3COO)2在242°C熔融,370°C完全分解为ZnO。脱水和分解过程失重分别为17.1%和46.7%,与理论值相符。Zn(CH3COO)2热分解反应机理符合随机核化机理,并得到了相应的机理模型。经验证该机理模型与实验结果相符。采用喷雾热解方法,以Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O为前驱体制得了20~30nm粒度均匀的六方晶系ZnO纳米粉末。
The thermal decomposition process of zinc acetate dihydrate was studied by differential thermal analysis(DTA) and thermalgravimetric analysis(TG).It was shown that the water of crystallization was dehydrated and anhydrous zinc acetate was formed at below 200°C.Anhydrous zinc acetate melted at 242°C,and decomposed into ZnO at about 370°C. The weight losses of dehydration and decomposition were 16.7% and 46.7%,respectively,which conformed with theoretical values.The mechanism of decomposition of anhydrous zinc acetate was inferred as random nucleation mechanism(Aurami equation II).Accordingly,a mechanism model was deduced,and verified by experiment results.Phase pure ZnO ultrrafine powder with uniform size of 20~30nm was synthesized by spray pyrolysis from zinc acetate dihydrate.
