摘要:An "off-on" approach for the detection of ascorbic acid using carbon dots as a fluorescent probe is presented, which is based on the fluorescence recovery of the quenched C-dots/Fe3+ complex when ascorbic acid is introduced. This sensor was also employed to determine the encapsulation efficiency of ascorbic acid in a liposome formulation.
