摘要:采用均匀设计法对微波辅助萃取葛根中有效成分的提取工艺进行考察 ,用紫外分光光度法和 HPL C法分别测定葛根中总黄酮和葛根素的含量。结果表明在采用 95 %乙醇作为溶剂时 ,优选出的最佳工艺条件为 :微波功率2 5 5 W、原料粉碎度 4 0目、微波辐射时间 15 min、固液比为 1∶ 9,浸泡时间 1h,且验证表明所建立的数学模型是合理的。
Microwave assisted extraction process for the active ingredients in Pueraria root was studied by uniform design, and the content of total flavonoid and puerarin were determined by UV spectrophotometry and HPLC respectively. Extracting with 95% alcohol, the optimal condition was obtained which can be described as following 255 W as the microwave power, 40 mesh as the grinding degree, 15 min as the radiation time, 1∶9 as the proportion of solid to liquid and 1 h as the dipping time. Through the verified experiment, the established models were proved to be reasonable.
