摘要:在阴离子型交换柱上以5 mmol/L甲酸溶液(pH=4.5)为流动相可同时测定因卡膦酸二钠胶囊中的磷酸盐和亚磷酸盐.采用折光检测器,流速1.0 mL/min,外标法定量.因卡膦酸二钠、磷酸盐、亚磷酸盐的保留时间分别为2.0、5.0和6.7 min.该方法线性相关系数大于0.990,精密度和准确度高,回收率98.0%~100.9%,不需要对样品进行复杂的处理,适用于因卡膦酸二钠制剂中有关物质限量的考察.
Phosphate and phosphite in incadronate capsules were determined by IE-HPLC. An Allsep Anion Column 7 Micron (4.6 mm× 150 mm) as a stationary phase and 5 mmol/L of formic acid (pH= 4.5) as a mobile phase, and a refractive index detector were used in the chromatographic system. The resolution times were 2.0, 5.0 and 6.7 min for ineadronate, PO4^3- and PO3^2-, respectively. Recoveries were in the range of 98.0% to 100. 9%. This is a simple and rapid method for the determination of impurities in ineadronate capsules.
