摘要:在流化床反应器内进行工业催化裂化待生催化剂的烧焦再生实验 ,考察了再生温度及再生介质中氧含量对燃烧产物中CO2 与CO比值的影响 ,并归纳出CO2 /CO比 (γ)的计算公式。再生温度低于 5 2 0℃时 ,不发生一氧化碳的二次转化 ,γ仅与温度有关 ;再生温度高于 5 2 0℃时 ,一氧化碳发生二次燃烧 ,γ随温度呈线性增大 。
The regeneration of commercial spent cracking catalyst was conducted on a fluidized bed reactor. The effects of regeneration temperature and oxygen concentration of the regeneration medium on CO 2/CO ratio (γ) in product gas were investigated, and a correlation equation for calculating γ was proposed. No CO was oxidized at a regeneration temperature lower than 520 ℃, and γ was only affected by temperature. CO was oxidized at a temperature higher than 520 ℃, and γ was increased with the increases of both temperature and oxygen concentration of the regeneration medium. At a temperature higher than 520 ℃, γ showed a linear relation with temperature and had a direct ratio with the oxygen concentration.
