摘要:制备了改性联苯型邻苯二甲腈树脂预聚物(BPh-B),并利用示差扫描量热分析、流变分析及热重分析研究了了BPh-B树脂的固化行为、粘度变化以及耐温性能。结果表明,BPh-B树脂可在300℃前固化,但仍需较高温度才能固化完全。其固化物在氮气和空气气氛下的质量损失5%时的温度分别为526℃和520℃。BPh-B增强石英纤维复合材料的力学性能优异,室温和600℃下弯曲强度分别为591 MPa和117 MPa。
The modified biphenyl phthalonitrile resin prepolymer(BPh-B)was prepared.The curing behavior,viscosity change and temperature resistance of BPh-B resin were investigated by DSC,rheological analysis and TGA.The results showed that BPh-B resin could cure at temperature lower than 300 ℃,but higher temperature was needed to cure it completely.The temperature at 5 % mass loss in nitrogen and air atmospheres of the cured resin was 526 ℃ and 520 ℃,respectively.The BPh-B reinforced quartz fiber composites had excellent mechanical properties.The flexural strength of the composites was 591 MPa at room temperature and 117 MPa at 600 ℃,respectively.
