摘要:介绍了添加剂强化重油蒸馏以提高减压蜡油拔出率的理论和实践。内容包括 :重油蒸馏的强化机理 ;强化蒸馏实验装置及其误差分析 ;采用强化剂 T1 1 8和 T2 1 8强化蒸馏胜利常压渣油的实验结果 ;所得减压馏分油VGO的 FCC实验结果以及减渣的质量对比。结果表明 ,添加 5 0 μg/ g T1 1 8或 5 0 μg/ g T2 1 8可分别提高 VGO拔出率 1 .3 %或 2 .2 % ,具有技术经济可行性。
The intensification of atmospheric residue distillation to increase the yield of vacuum gas oil by additives was studied theoretically and practically,including the mechanisms to enhance atmospheric residue distillation,the laboratory scale equipment used as well as the relevant error analysis and the final experiment results It was shown that the separate addition of 50 μg/g T118 and 50 μg/g T218 increased VGO yield by 1 3% and 2 2%, respectively
