摘要: 从化学反应原理、热力学平衡以及催化剂和催化机理等角度出发,详细介绍了苯加氢制环己烷的反应体系;分别就催化剂颗粒处于气相、液相和部分润湿状态下的反应动力学研究进行了概述,重点讨论了催化剂颗粒处于内部部分润湿状态下的反应动力学。
The hydrogenation of benzene to cyclohexane based on thermodynamics, the principles of chemical reactions as well as catalysts and catalytic mechanism was discussed. The reaction kinetics of benzene hydrogenation to cyclohexane was summarized in terms of the conditions of catalysts used, that is, gas phase, liquid phase and partially wetting phase. Due to its complexity and importance, the partially wetting of catalyst pellets was attracted more attentions in many researches. It was also discussed emphatically in this paper.
