摘要:采用挤条法制备了一系列Pt-SO2-4/ZrO2-X(简称PtS/Z-X,其中X代表不同的黏结剂)催化剂,考察了黏结剂的种类、含量以及焙烧温度对催化剂异构化性能的影响,确定了最优的黏结剂为拟薄水铝石(A),最优黏结剂质量分数为30%,最适宜的催化剂焙烧温度为650℃(此时的催化剂记作PtS/Z-A30-650),并进一步对催化剂PtS/Z-A30-650进行了溶剂处理。采用X射线衍射(XRD)和热重(TG)分析手段对该催化剂的晶相结构和硫含量进行了表征,在微型固定床反应器上对其进行了寿命试验。结果表明:以拟薄水铝石为黏结剂成型的PtS/Z-A30-650催化剂有较高的C5/C6异构化活性和机械强度,用溶剂处理后其异构化活性进一步提高,在使用精制石脑油为原料进行反应时,1 400h时的正戊烷转化率为62.5%,正己烷转化率在90%以上,2,2-二甲基丁烷选择性在35%以上。
The Pt-SO2-4 ZrO2-Al2O3(PtS Z-A)catalyst with binders were prepared by extrusion method.The effects of binders,dosage and calcination temperature on the isomerization and physicochemical properties of PtS Z-A catalysts were studied to determine the best conditions for preparation.The catalysts prepared were further treated by solvent.The crystal structures and sulfur contents of the catalysts were characterized by XRD and TG,respectively.The life test of the catalyst was conducted in a micro-fixed bed reactor.The results indicated that the PtS Z-A catalyst with pseudo-boehmite as binder showed higher n-C05/C06 isomerization activity and mechanical strength.The suitable calcination temperature is 650℃.After solvent treatment,the isomerization performance of PtS Z-A catalyst is further improved.Using refined naphtha as feed,the conversion rate of n-C05 and n-C06 is 62.5%and 90%,respectively in 1 400 h running.The selectivity of 2,2-dimethylbutane achieves 35%or more.
