摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of ethyl t-alkyl ether comprises introducing mixture to be separated of ethyl t-alkyl ether to first distillation tower, collecting hydrocarbonaceous cut fraction and cut fraction containing ethyl t-alkyl ether; and collecting fatty monohydric alcohol cut fraction at bottom of the second distillation tower, taking material obtained from top of second distillation tower as extraction feeding material to send into extraction tower to extract, collecting extracting liquid containing ethanol at bottom of the extraction tower, and recycling 0-100% extracting liquid. USE - Method for preparing ethyl t-alkyl ether (claimed) used for improving utilization rate of resource of isoolefin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of ethyl t-alkyl ether comprises introducing mixture to be separated of ethyl t-alkyl ether to first distillation tower to carry out dealkylation distillation, collecting hydrocarbonaceous cut fraction at top of first distillation tower, collecting cut fraction containing ethyl t-alkyl ether at the bottom of the first distillation tower and guiding in material from lateral portion of first distillation tower to distillation-extraction coupling region, with distillation-extraction coupling formed by second distillation tower and extraction tower, and operation pressure of the second distillation tower lower than first distillation tower; and collecting fatty monohydric alcohol cut fraction at bottom of the second distillation tower, taking material obtained from top of second distillation tower as extraction feeding material to send into extraction tower to extract, collecting extracting liquid containing ethanol at bottom of the extraction tower, and recycling 0-100% extracting liquid obtained at the top of the extraction tower to the first distillation tower. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a device for preparing ethyl t-alkyl ether comprising reaction region and first distillation tower provided with connection tube wire; top of the first distillation tower provided with condenser for collecting hydrocarbonaceous cut fraction, condensate groove and tube wire; bottom of the distillation tower provided with heater for collecting ethyl t-alkyl ether cut fraction and tube wire; lateral portion of first distillation tower provided with tube wire connecting second distillation tower; tube wire provided with regulation valve and heater exchanger, for taking material from the lateral portion of the first distillation tower to guide to second distillation tower; bottom of the second distillation tower provided with heater for collecting monohydric alcohol cut fraction and tube wire; top of the second distillation tower provided with condenser for collecting material from top of the tower, condensate groove and tube wire; material obtained from the top of the second distillation tower sent to extraction tower by the tube wire; extracting agent sent to the extraction tower by the tube wire; extracting liquid containing ethanol collected at the bottom of the extraction tower by the tube wire; and left extracting liquid collected from top of the extraction tower by the tube wire.
