摘要:用钛酸四丁酯制备二氧化钛胶体,利用旋涂法形成透明的二氧化钛薄膜,并研究了影响成膜的因素。结果表明表面活性剂能够改善膜的均匀度和增大薄膜的表面粗糙度。光电性能测试发现薄膜厚度、薄膜表面粗糙度、烧结温度以及烧结时间等是影响二氧化钛薄膜光电性能的重要因素。利用份菁作敏化剂,敏化后二氧化钛薄膜的光电性能得到很大的改善。
ransparent TiO_2 membrane were formed by spin-coating method with TiO_2 colloid prepared with tetrabutyl titannute and the influence factors were studied in this paper Results showed that the surfactant can improve homogeneity and roughness of the membraneThe measured results indicated that the photoelectric properties of TiO_2 membrane were affected by the thickness and roughness of the membrane, by sintering temperature and sintering time, and could be improved by merocyanine as a sensitizer
