摘要：民政社会工作者身处民政系统中,兼具社会工作与行政的双重属性,是我国社会工作群体的重要组成部分。本文以中国社会工作动态调查(CSWLS2019)中民政社会工作者数据模块为依据,基于个体"主位"视角,从个体维度、专业维度与组织环境维度对民政社会工作者的行业特征进行系统描述与分析。研究发现,民政社会工作者处于基层民政领域,受到行政与专业之间的张力,工作压力相对较大,但总体上较为认同社会工作专业,对职业怀有热忱,对工作单位的归属感强,工作角色定位较为清晰,并拥有良好的专业技能。但由于其工作自主性相对较弱,继而影响了其服务工作的专业化开展。
Social workers of civil affairs are in the civil affairs system and possess the dual attributes of professionalism and administration.They are an important part of the social work group in our country.This article describes and analyzes the data of civil affairs social workers in the China Social Work Longitudinal Study(CSWLS 2019).Starting from the individual’s"theme"perspective,it describes the industry characteristics of social workers of civil affairs from individual dimensions,professional dimensions and organizational environment dimensions.The study found that civil affairs and social workers are in the field of grassroots civil affairs and are under the tension of administration and professionalism.They have relatively high work pressure.However,they generally recognize the social work profession and have a strong sense of belonging to the work place.Their role positioning is relatively clear,with good professional skills,and enthusiasm for the profession.However,because their work autonomy is relatively weak,it affects the professional development of their service work.
