摘要：Semi-batchwise operation of catalytic hydrolysis of biomass in a reactor with capacity of 100kg feedstock per batch can result in conversion of 70 percent of cellulose and semi-cellulose. With further cultivation of yeast and optimization of fermentation conditions, yield of alcohol from fermentation can reach over 70% of theoretical value.
