摘要：对于一定的文化,要注意其文化空间的特点。本文从民间法的视角,考察了上海城市发展与诚信价值的内在联系。诚信文化在历史发展中有一个从中西分流到融合的过程,而上海这座城市由于在近代遭遇了特殊境遇等因素,使其较早地实现了诚信文化的中西合璧。不仅如此,诚信文化在当代还具有普适性的文化内涵。
The study of certain culture needs to pay attention to the traits of its cultural space. In view of folk law, the paper studies the inner relation between the city development of Shanghai and the credibility values. It thinks that the culture of credibility experiences a process of diffl uence and integration between the western and the eastern, and the special condition of Shanghai in modern times ensure the accomplishment of the process earlier than other cities in China. The paper also discusses other views by some researchers in culture, and demonstrates the contemporary universality of credibility's cultural connotation.
