摘要:NOVELTY - A non-animal origin low protein culture medium comprises basal metabolism nutrients containing soybean hydrolyzates, vitamins, transferrin substitutes containing ferrous sulfate, ferric nitrate and EDTA disodium salt (EDTA.2Na), lipids nucleic acids, hormones and growth factors, antioxidants, block polyether F68 as anti-cut protective agent, phenol red as pH indicator, pH buffering agents containing sodium bicarbonate and 4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1-piperazineethanesulfonic acid (HEPES), and others inorganic salts. USE - A non-animal origin low protein culture medium for producing animal cell product and recombinant protein medicines. ADVANTAGE - The non-animal origin low protein culture medium does not contain animal origin ingredient, has total protein content of not greater than 10 mg/L, is good for separating and purifying product, supports normal growth of animal cell and long-term continuous culture, and can be used without adaptation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A non-animal origin low protein culture medium comprises basal metabolism nutrients containing glucose, soybean hydrolyzates, sodium pyruvate, amine glutamic acid, alanine, arginine, asparagine, aspartic acid, aminothiopropionic acid, cystinol, glutamic acid, glycol, histidine, isoleucine, aminocaproic acid, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, proline, serine, threonine, tryptophan, tyrosine and valine, vitamins containing vitamin H, vitamin B12, choline chloride, folic acid, nositol, niacinamide, calcium pantothenate, vitamin B6, riboflavin, vitamin B1 and lipoic acid, transferrin substitutes containing ferrous sulfate, ferric nitrate and EDTA disodium salt (EDTA.2Na), lipids containing ethanolamine, Tween 80(RTM: polysorbate 80), cod liver oil, cholesterol and linoleic acids, nucleic acids containing thymidine and hypoxanthine, hormones and growth factors containing progesterone, hydrocortisone, recombulin and putrescine, antioxidants containing sodium selenite, tocopherol and taurine, block polyether F68 as anti-cut protective agent, phenol red as pH indicator, pH buffering agents containing sodium bicarbonate and 4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1-piperazineethanesulfonic acid (HEPES), and others inorganic salts containing calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, magnesium sulfate, potassium chloride, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride, sodium hydrogen phosphate, zinc sulfate and copper sulfate. The soybean hydrolyzates replace animal origin ingredients. The composition of ferrous sulfate, ferric nitrate and EDTA.2Na replaces transferrin.
