摘要：本文对"1,1-环丁基二甲酸的制备"实验方案进行了初步的设计,以丙二酸二乙酯、1,3-二溴丙烷和乙醇钠为起始原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,合成医药中间体1,1-环丁基二甲酸,适宜的实验室合成条件为n(丙二酸二乙酯):n(1,3-二溴丙烷):n(乙醇钠)=2:2:1,反应温度为60~65℃,反应时间为1小时,最后得到白色针状结晶体,得率为7.22%。
The '1,1-cyclohexanediacetic dibutyl acid preparation' experimental scheme of the preliminary design, with malonic acid diethyl ester and 1,3-dibromopropane with sodium ethoxide as starting material, ethanol as solvent, pharmaceutical intermediates, ring butyl phthalate, appropriate laboratory synthesis conditions for n(diethyl malonate): n(1,3 dibromo propane): n(Yi Chunna) 2:2:1, reaction temperature is 60~65℃, reaction time is 1 hour, finally get the white needle like crystals,rate was 7.22%.
