摘要：NOVELTY - Preparing sodium gluconate comprises culturing and fermenting Aspergillus niger for producing sodium gluconate using catalase and glucose oxidase as a catalyst, where the activity of glucose oxidase is maintained at higher than 3000 U/l at the beginning of fermentation and supplementing 500-800 U/l glucose oxidase when the activity of glucose oxidase is less than 2500 U/l during the fermentation. USE - The method is useful for preparing sodium gluconate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method reduces usage of glucose oxidase; and is economical.
