摘要：NOVELTY - Preparing dimethyl ether by directly synthesizing feed gas comprises synthesizing the feed gas to react by catalyst then collecting diethyl ether from the reaction product. The feed gas comprises (volume percent) 0-3% carbon dioxide (CO2), 44-60% carbon monoxide (CO), 37-53% hydrogen (H2), and 0-1% nitrogen (N2), aryl (Ar), and methane (CH4); mole ratio of H2 and CO is 0.6-1.2. USE - The method is useful for preparing dimethyl ether (claimed). The dimethyl ether is useful as liquid fuel. ADVANTAGE - In the method, the useful life of catalyst can be 15 months and it has high selection at the same time; content of the dimethyl ether in compound gas is high; the weight thickness of obtained dimethyl ether is 96%; and water content is lower than 0.1%. The product can be directly used as liquid fuel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for producing the feed gas comprising dust removal or desulfurization purification treatment from raw gas by gasification of coal powder or water-coal-slurry as raw material.
