摘要：为解决催化裂化装置油浆系统的结垢问题，研制开发了ＳＦ－２油浆防垢剂，在三个炼油厂催化裂化工业装置上进行了实际工业应用，结果表明，ＳＦ－２防垢剂除了具有良好的防垢效果外，还具有一定的除垢效能，且使用方便，对产品质量没有影响，对稳定装置生产、提高轻油收率起到积极作用。
SF-2 Antifoulant has been developed to solve the fouling problem in the slurry system of FCCU in refineries. The results of the commercial application of SF-2 antifoulant in 3 FCCU indicated that it can effectively inhibit the fouling and also had certain ability of fouling product elimination.Meanwhile, the application of SF-2 antifoulant had no adverse effect on product qualities.
