摘要:合成了稀土配合物Eu(AA)3phen。研究了该配合物的元素分析、IR、TG和荧光光谱,结果表明该配合物具有良好的发光性能和热稳定性。采用熔融接枝聚合的方法将Eu(AA)3phen接枝到PP树脂中,制得在UV下发射红色荧光的塑料树脂。IR和荧光分析结果表明该配合物已成功接枝到PP链上。而DSC和WAXS分析结果则表明功能化基团的加入起到类似成核剂的作用,有效提高PP的结晶速率,但同时也破坏了PP晶区的规整性。
Rare earth complex Eu(AA)3 phen was synthesized. It was characterized by means of elemental analysis,TG, IR and fluorescence spectrum, which showed that it possesses favorable fluorescence and thermal stability properties. And then,it was grafted onto polypropylene in melt phase to get functional resin that emits red fluorescence. The analysis result of IR and fluorescence indicated that Eu(AA)3 phen had been grafted on polypropylene backbone successfully and that of DSC and WAXS revealed that this functional group act as nucleator to increase the crystallization rate effectively and destroy the integrity of crystalline as well.
