摘要：传统高校实验室安全教育通常以讲座的形式讲授安全知识,方法和手段单一,无法满足实验设备和研究生数量日益增长的需求。华东理工大学通过建设EHS实训中心,不断丰富“以实为主、实虚结合”的安全教育内容,通过加强安全课程的产出导向和引入国际先进教学理念,建立了EHS培训矩阵和线上课程,探索了以EHS实训为主线、以“项目式教学”为主要教学方法、以提高课程实践感知和学生实践能力为主要目的安全教育模式,为进一步提高高校实验室安全教育质量提供了新思路。
Conventional laboratory EHS education in universities typically relies on lectures,leading to a monotonous teaching effect.This cannot meet the requirement of the increasing demands of more experimental equipment and a growing number of graduate students.To address this,East China University of Science and Technology has established an EHS training center.This center enriches the safety education content by focusing on practical training and integrating both real and virtual lab experiences.An EHS training matrix and online courses are also developed by improving the output-oriented focus of the safety curriculum and incorporating internationally teaching methodologies.The initiative centers,around EHS training for laboratory safety,adopts the project based learning as the main instructional methods,and aims to improve students’practical awareness and skills.This innovative strategy offers new insights into enhancing the quality of laboratory EHS education in universities.
