摘要:NOVELTY - Use of LTA2 peptide segment, comprising fully defined 44 amino acid residues (SEQ ID NO: 1), as given in the specification, as an intracellular drug transport carrier, is claimed. USE - The LTA2 peptide is useful for preparing intracellular drug transport carrier, preferably anti-cancer, anti-breast cancer and anti-colon cancer drug (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The LTA2 peptide segment: has high transmembrane efficiency; has low number of cationic amino acids; is safe; does not cause cell toxicity; and provides a basis to research TAT, MPG recombination protein with different N-terminal and C-terminal peptides. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of fusion protein-drug, comprising LTA2 peptide segment linked to a traditional Chinese medicine through a peptide Linker.
