摘要：NOVELTY - The system has a coolant temperature control system controlling temperature of coolant. An electronic component fixing device fixes a tested electronic component into the coolant of an evaporating chamber. A refrigeration and pressure adjusting system refrigerates and flow back steam produced in the evaporating chamber and monitors pressure of the steam. A data collecting system measures, collects and monitors the coolant and surface temperature of the component. A visible observing system observes boiling bubbles on a surface of the component in the evaporating chamber. USE - Test system for a phase change cooling effect of an electronic component. ADVANTAGE - The system can be used for evaluating the phase change cooling effect of different electronic components under conditions of different coolants and different over-cold temperatures at different materials, surface shapes, putting positions and inclination angles.
