摘要:对乙苯脱氢氧化工艺过程进行了热力学分析,表明氧化烧氢具有提高平衡转化率和能量合理利用的优点。通过一维拟均相模型模拟计算,比较了乙苯脱氢与乙苯脱氢氧化的反应结果,并由实验得到了验证。同时还讨论了乙苯实际转化率提高不多的原因。
The process of dehydrogenation oxidation of ethylbezene was investigated with thermody-namic theory. It was found that the technique of dehydrogenation oxidation is good for in-creasing equilibrium conversion of ethylbezene. With one dimensional pseudo homogeneous model,the process of dehydrogenation oxida-tion was simulated. The simulation results were verified by experiments.At last,the author explained the reason why hydrogen combustion does not play an im-portant role in the conversion of ethylbezene.
