摘要:针对居家健身缺乏广泛有效的辅助健身器械,新手健身入门门槛居高不下的问题,设计了本款多功能辅助健身器械。装置通过龙门握把、剪叉伸缩、棘轮角度调节、助力调节和阻尼扭盘模块的协调运作,实现了俯卧撑、平板支撑运动助力的多级调节,并适配了其他多种针对核心肌群训练的运动动作。同时加入了自动清洁模块,保证装置的干净整洁。控制系统由人机交互界面HMI发送电信号,由Arduino控制电机运转。本设计创意丰富,经济实用,在居家健身领域具有广阔的推广价值和应用前景。
In view of the problems of lacking extensive and effective auxiliary fitness equipment for home fitness and the high threshold for novice fitness,this kind of multi-functional auxiliary fitness equipment is designed,which realizes the multi-level adjustment of push up and plate support,and adapts to a variety of other movements for core muscles training through coordinated operation of the gantry grip,scissor extension,ratchet angle adjustment,power-assisted adjustment and damping torsion plate module.At the same time,the automatic cleaning module is added to ensure cleanness of the device.The control system sends electrical signals from human-machine interface(HMI),and Arduino controls the motor operation.The design is rich in creativity,and is economical and practical,having broad promotion value and application prospects in the field of home fitness.
