摘要：加强和改进少数民族大学生学业支持不仅具有重要的现实意义,更具有长远的历史意义。高校要立足新时代从激发少数民族大学生的内在学习动力和优化外部学习环境出发,着眼于价值引领、成才支持、政策激励、朋辈帮扶和管理服务等方面构建全方位多维度的学业支持体系,建立一支素质过硬专兼结合的导师队伍,着力培养担当民族复兴大任的新时代民族人才。
Strengthening and improving the academic support system for the minority college students has not only much practical significance,but also long-term historical significance. To keep a firm foothold in the new era,Chinese universities and colleges should start from stimulating the intrinsic learning motivation of the minority college students and optimizing the exterior learning environment,focus on building a multi-dimensional academic support system in the aspects of value orientation,talent-training,policy support,peer help and management services,establish a team of qualified tutors by employing both full-time and part-time hands,and try to cultivate talents in the new era who can bear the responsibility for our national rejuvenation.
