摘要:本文通过对制氢炉炉管HK40泄露失效的宏观和微观分析,得出该炉管的失效主要是由H2S和Cl-应力腐蚀造成的,并对防止这类失效提出了建议。
The failure reason of leakage of HK-40 tubes at a hydrogen reformer during long-time high temperature service was analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope and optical microscope. The results show that the failure of the HK-40 tubes was caused by H2S and chlorine ion stress corrosion. Some proposals were given in order to prevent from failure of the heated pipes
