摘要：推进构建人类命运共同体应找寻特色的实践进路,既要切合中国的发展逻辑,又应观照世界的发展境况与问题。治理、生态与文化对应于中国之治、生态文明建设与和合文化三重实践进路,分别指向了世界治理资源不足、生态的全球失衡与紊乱以及西方价值国际失序与文明冲突,且治理、生态与文化三重进路融合了中国特色与世界的一般性两个特征。中国之治、生态文明建设与和合文化作为特色的实践进路,在推动人类命运共同体构建中彼此互嵌,形塑为稳定的三角结构,其以“以人民为中心”作为中枢文本,驱动着不断纳新与革故,与新时代中国治理体系、治理能力的绩能和不足携手共进,共同绘写世界的美好未来。
To promote the construction of the community of human destiny,we should find a unique practical approach,which not only conforms to the logic of China's development but also re?flects the development situation and problems of the world.Governance,ecology and culture corre?spond to the triple practice approach of China's governance,ecological civilization construction,and harmonious culture.pointing to the shortage of governance resources in the world,the global imbal?ance and disorder of ecology,and the international disorder of western values and the conflicts of civilizations,and the triple approach of governance,ecology and culture combines the two character?istics of Chinese characteristics and the generality of the world.China's governance,ecological civili?zation construction and harmonious culture are featured as practical approaches,in promoting the construction of human destiny community in each other,they are embedded in each other and shaped into a stable triangular structure.It takes"people-centered"as the central text,driving the continuous incorporation of innovations and changes,work hand in hand with the performance and deficiencies of China's governance system and governance capabilities in the new era,and jointly paint a bright future for the world.
