摘要：我国现有的成人学历教育模式还停留在参照本科教学体系制订教学计划,以传授理论知识为主,不注重职业技能的培养。目前,成人学历教育普遍无法紧跟社会和时代要求,学生在学业繁重和本职工作的双重压力下,学到的知识和技能却与自己的期望相去甚远。由此提出的对策是:将职业能力培养作为重点融入成人教育体系,推进职业技能证书考试和增加实训课程,使学生学有专长,增强学生的职业竞争力,推进继续教育事业的良性发展。
The existing education model of adult education in China still remains the similar teaching plans based on undergraduate education system,which focuses on teaching theoretical knowledge and paying little attention to the cultivation of professional skills.At present,education is generally unable to keep up with the social and time requirements.Under the pressure of heavy study and work,students learn knowledge and skills far from their expectations.The countermeasures put forward herein are as follows:integrate vocational ability training into adult education system as the focus,promote vocational skills certificate examination and increase practical training courses,enable students to learn specialized skills,enhance students’professional competitiveness,and promote the healthy development of education career.
