摘要:采用醛类净化法精制工业萘,对醛类试剂进行了筛选,对试剂用量、催化剂种类、催化剂添加量进行了探索。结果表明:甲醛是一种比较好的反应试剂,催化剂A 是一种比较好的无机酸催化剂,当甲醛和催化剂A 用量分别占原料用量的1.5% 时,可以得到结晶点为79.70℃,萘含量w naph= 0.996 的一级精萘。
Industrial naphthalene is purified with aldehyde agents. Several kinds of aldehyde agents and different types of catalyst are selected and the effects of the reagent amount or catalyst used are evaluated. Results show that: formaldehyde is a good reagent and catalyst A is a good inorganic acid catalyst. When the addition amounts of formaldehyde and catalyst A are 1.5% respectively, pure naphthalene of first grade with the purity being 99.6% and solidification point of 79.70℃ can be obtained.
