摘要：政府与社会的关系问题是当前全面深化改革要解决的重大课题。以党的十八届三中全会提出的"推进国家治理体系与治理能力现代化"这一关键命题为基点,在新的历史起点上改革政府与社会的关系,必须推进政府统治、管理向政府治理转变,从而实现政府与社会各司其职、良性互动、共同治理。
The problem of the relationship between government and society is one of the big issues to be solved in comprehensive and deep reformation. ＂ Promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance ability＂ put forward by the third plenary session of the eighteenth national committee of CPC is a key proposition. This key proposition must be taken as a basic point to reform the relationship between government and society at the new historical starting-point. To reform the relationship must shift government ruling and management into governance,and thus perform its own functions,benign interaction,and common governance between government and society.
