摘要：华东理工大学贯彻落实国务院的《节能减排"十二五"规划》和《"十二五"节能减排综合性工作方案》,把建设节约型公共机构作为一项重要工作,本文从管理节能、技术节能、行为节能三方面阐述节约型公共机构建设的工作开展情况,对存在的制约因素和问题提出有针对性的策略和思考。
East china science and technology university has implemented 〈Energy Saving and Emission Reducing of ‘12th Five Year Plan’〉 and 〈12 th Five Year Plan’ Energy Saving and Emission Reducing Comprehensive Working Program〉 by the State Council and considers conservation type public institution as important task. The article introduces conservation type public institution construction condition from management energy saving, technology energy saving and activities energy saving. The author puts forward related strategy and considerations.
