摘要:本文对酚醛型氰酸酯(PT30)/双酚A型氰酸酯(BADCy)共聚体系的性能进行了研究。考察了PT30/BADCy不同比例下经共聚反应后制备浇注体的热性能、力学性能、介电性能、100℃沸水环境下材料的耐湿性能的变化规律。结果表明,PT30的加入可显著提高共聚体系的热性能。当PT30/BADCy质量配比为1/9时,玻璃化转变温度Tg为318℃,弯曲强度为136MPa,1MHz下介电常数和介电损耗分别为2.83、8×10-3,100℃沸水处理到吸湿饱和时的吸水率为1.22%,综合性能最佳。
The performance of binary copolymer comprising bisphenol A dicyanate ester resin(BADCy)and novolac cyanate eater resin(PT30)is studied in this paper.The thermal,mechanical,dielectric properties and moisture performance immersed in water at 100℃ were inspected.The results show that PT30contributes evidently on the thermal property of cured resin blends.The cured resin with a mass ratio of PT30∶BADCy=1∶9shows excellent performance that the glass transition temperature is 318℃,the flexure strength is 136MPa,dielectric constant and dissipation factor are 2.83and 0.008and the moisture absorption processed in 100℃is 1.22%.
