摘要：鸡蛋壳是一种替代石灰石矿产的重要潜在资源,壳膜分离是鸡蛋壳资源化利用的关键。壳膜分离技术可分为助剂型、机械型和联合型三类。其中机械型和联合型更具有工业化应用潜力。鸡蛋壳要彻底实现资源化,除了大力开发壳膜分离技术和设备外,壳和膜的资源化利用方法或途径也亟待解决。文章在详细介绍蛋壳和蛋膜物理结构与化学组成基础上,从分离特点、壳膜回收率、工业化潜力、资源化途径等方面对国内外鸡蛋壳壳膜分离三类技术进行了综述,并对壳膜分离技术未来发展的方向提出了建议。
Hen eggshell is a potential resource substituted for natural limestone.The separation of eggshell and membrane is the key in the utilization of hen eggshell.Based on separation mechanism there are three separation ways for eggshell and membrane,including additive assisted technology,mechanical separation technology and joint technology.Both the mechanical separation and joint one show potentials for industrialization.Besides the separation technology and equipment,the utilization method for separation products is also important.This paper reviewed the performance of three separation ways including separation characteristics,recovering of eggshell and membrane,industrialization potential and recycling approach based on physical constructure and chemical components of eggshell,and put forward the development direction for separation technology of eggshell and membrane.
