摘要:以聚环氧丙烷醚 (PPG)和端羟基聚环氧氯丙烷醚 (PECH)为聚醚多元醇 ,合成了多嵌段聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体 (PU)。用动态力学分析法研究了不同扩链剂 [乙二醇、1 ,2 -丙二醇 (PG)和 1 ,4-丁二醇 ]、二异氰酸酯 [甲苯二异氰酸酯 (TDI)和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯 (MDI) ]、PPG/PECH(质量比 ,下同 )以及端羟基丁腈橡胶 (HTBN)对PU阻尼性能的影响。结果表明 ,以TDI为二异氰酸酯 ,PG为扩链剂 ,当PPG/PECH为 60 /40 ,TDI/聚醚多元醇 (摩尔比 )为 5 /1时 ,试样的最大阻尼损耗因子为 0 41 ,弹性模量为1 8 3 5MPa,阻尼温域为 -1 8~ 1 5℃ ,阻尼性能较其他试样好。在此条件下加入摩尔分数为 2 0 %的HTBN ,可提高PU的适用阻尼温域 (1 8~ 3 8℃ ) ,改善阻尼性能。
A series of segmented polyurethane (PU) based on polyoxypropylene(PPG) and hydroxy terminated polyepichlorohydrin(PECH) was synthesized. The effects of different chain extenders (glycol, 1,2-propylene glycol and 1,4-butadiol), of diisocyanates (tolylene diisocyanate, diphenylmethane diisocyanate), of PPG/PECH(mass ratio) and of adding hydroxy terminated acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber(HTBN) on damping property were investigated by using dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). The results showed that the maximum tan δ was 0.41, elasticity modulus 18.35 MPa and damping temperature range -18~15 ℃, when tolylene diisocyanate, 1,2-propylene glycol were used and the PPG/PECH mass ratio remained 60/40, tolylene diisocyanate/(PPG+PECH) mole ratio equaled 5/1. This damping property was better than those of PU in the present work. In addition, the applicable range of damping temperature could be increased further to 18~38 ℃ by adding mole fraction of HTBN 20%.
