摘要:本文将电催化前沿科研成果转化、设计成为一个本科教学综合型实验。通过浸渍-热解法对碳布进行硼原子掺杂后,采用电沉积法制备NiFe双金属氢氧化物,合成自支撑电催化剂CC-B800@NiFe。教学过程中,学生将运用SEM、XPS等技术表征材料,并通过LSV、EIS等电化学测试系统评价催化剂的析氧反应性能,最终建立起“结构-性能”的关联。实验教学内容覆盖了从材料设计、可控制备、结构表征和性能评估的全链条科研过程,目的是引导学生实践前沿的催化剂设计理念,激发学生的科研兴趣,系统地培养学生分析并解决问题的科研素养和创新精神。
In this work,cutting-edge research achievements in electrocatalysis are translated and designed into a comprehensive undergraduate experiment.Students synthesize a self-supporting electrocatalyst,CC-B800@NiFe,by first doping carbon cloth(CC)with boron(B)atoms via an impregnation-pyrolysis method,followed by the electrodeposition of NiFe bimetallic hydroxide.During the teaching process,students utilize techniques like SEM and XPS to characterize the material and systematically evaluate its oxygen evolution reaction(OER)performance through electrochemical tests such as LSV and EIS,ultimately establishing a“structure-property”relationship.The entire experiment covers the full research chain,including material design,controlled synthesis,structural characterization,and performance evaluation.The objective is to guide students in practicing advanced catalyst design concepts,stimulate their research interest,and systematically cultivate their scientific literacy and innovative spirit for analyzing and solving problems.
