摘要：对某石化厂加氢装置换热器的管程排污管进行了失效分析 ,给出了应力腐蚀开裂并导致排污管失效的影响因素 ,提出了防止该部件失效的改进措施。
A failure analysis of tube-side draining duct was carried out for a heat exchanger of hydrogenation unit in a petrochemical plant. The effective factors for the failure of the draining duct were shown as stress corrosion and cracking. Some improvement suggestions were pointed out to prevent the failure of the component in the future.
